Coaching Policy for All Offers

By purchasing coaching services with Faman Consulting Inc. (the “Coach”), represented by Fope Nkwocha (Fopsy.ca), you agree to the following coaching policies that apply across all offers: Too Brilliant to be Broke, The Quick Fix, Client Sprint, and Money-Making Priorities.

#1. Coaching Description

Coaching is a partnership designed to inspire you to maximize your personal and professional potential. It focuses on setting goals and developing strategies to achieve them. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, legal advice, financial advice, or consulting, and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. You are responsible for applying insights and taking action.

#2. Coach-Client Relationship

The Coach follows the International Coach Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics.

You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.

Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

The Coach makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results.

You agree to communicate openly, participate fully, and follow through on agreed actions.

#3. Coaching Services and Delivery

All coaching sessions are 50 minutes long and held virtually via Google Meet (or another mutually agreed platform).

Email support is available between sessions with a response time of up to 72 business hours, depending on your package.

Additional consulting services beyond coaching sessions (including document reviews, pitch feedback, audits, or other client-related work) are available per hour and billed separately.

#4 Packages, Payments & Commitment

Too Brilliant to be Broke (Group Coaching)

Price: $997 USD

Includes: 12 weekly group coaching sessions (50 minutes each)

Payment Options:

• One-time payment upfront; or
• 3 monthly payments of $397 USD; or
• Another payment plan agreed to in writing.

Refund Policy:

Clients may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase. After 7 calendar days, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Attendance & Rescheduling:

Due to the group nature of the program, missed sessions are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.

Payment Commitment:

By enrolling, Client commits to the full program fee. If a payment plan is selected, the Client remains responsible for all scheduled payments regardless of attendance, participation, results, or completion of the program.

Sessions must be used within the 12-week coaching window unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Money-Making Priorities (1:1 Coaching)

Price: $6,000 USD

Includes: 12 weekly coaching sessions (50 minutes each) and unlimited email support during the 12-week program.

Payment Options:

• One-time payment upfront; or
• 3 monthly payments of $2,200 USD; or
• Another payment plan agreed to in writing.

Refund Policy:

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Attendance & Rescheduling:

Up to 2 reschedules are permitted with at least 24 hours' notice.

Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited.

Rescheduling requests require at least 24 hours' notice except in emergencies.

Payment Commitment:

By enrolling, Client commits to the full program fee. If a payment plan is selected, Client remains responsible for all scheduled payments regardless of attendance, participation, results, or completion of the program.

Failure to make scheduled payments may result in suspension of coaching services until the account is brought current.

Sessions must be used within 4 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

#5. Marketing Use Consent

By engaging in coaching, you consent to the use of anonymized and aggregated client experiences, successes, testimonials, and feedback for marketing, promotional, educational, or training purposes. No personally identifiable information will be shared without your explicit consent.

#6.Confidentiality

All coaching information shared is confidential.

The Coach will maintain confidentiality except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent serious harm.

Client information will not be shared in a manner that identifies the Client without permission.

#7. Cancellation & Force Majeure

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited.

The Coach is not liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including illness, natural disasters, internet outages, or other unforeseen events.

Clients may discontinue participation at any time but remain responsible for any outstanding balance and the full program fee.

#8 Limitation of Liability

No guarantees are made regarding outcomes or results.

Client accepts full responsibility for all decisions, actions, and results arising from coaching services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Coach's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for coaching services.

#9 Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion.

These Coaching Policies shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Booking Confirmation

By completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Coaching Policies. Payment constitutes electronic acceptance of this Agreement.
