Faman Consulting Inc. – Coaching Agreeement for All Offers
By purchasing coaching services with Faman Consulting Inc. (the “Coach”), represented by Fope Nkwocha (Fopsy.ca), you agree to the following policies, which apply across all offers, including: The Quick Fix, Client Sprint, and Money-Making Priorities (1:1 or Group).
1. Coaching Description
Coaching is a partnership designed to help you maximize your personal and professional potential. It focuses on setting goals and developing strategies to achieve them. Coaching is not therapy or consulting and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Clients are responsible for applying insights and taking action.
2. Coach-Client Relationship
The Coach follows the International Coach Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics.
Clients are responsible for their decisions, actions, and results.
Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, legal, medical, or other professional advice.
The Coach is not liable for client actions or outcomes.
Clients agree to communicate openly, participate fully, and follow through on agreed actions.
3. Coaching Services & Delivery
All coaching sessions are 50 minutes and held virtually on a mutually agreed platform.
Group coaching calls are recorded and shared with participants for reference and learning.
Support between sessions is available via email, audio, or video, with a response time of up to 72 business hours depending on your package.
Additional consulting services beyond coaching sessions (e.g., 1:1 reviews) are available and billed separately.
4. Packages, Payments & Commitment
Money-Making Priorities (Group Coaching)
Price: $2,500 USD
Includes:
Weekly small-group coaching sessions
Unlimited submissions for review (marketing copy, emails, social posts, ads, offer/program messaging, sales calls/scripts, funnels, landing pages, client communications, proposals)
A focused community of service providers
Access to program materials and group coaching sessions for the duration of the program as it currently exists, with a minimum availability through November 2026.
Payment Options: Full payment upfront OR 3 monthly payments of $850 USD each.
Commitment: Full payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Money-Making Priorities (1:1 Coaching)
Price: $2,500 USD
Includes: 12 weekly sessions (50 minutes each) + unlimited email support for 12 weeks
Payment Options: One-time payment upfront, 3 monthly payments of $850 USD each, or another agreed plan in writing
Commitment: Full payment is non-refundable and non-transferable
Rescheduling: Up to 2 reschedules with 24 hours’ notice
Session Usage: 12-week program completed within 4 months; missed sessions may be forfeited
Client Sprint
Price: $997 USD
Includes: 4 weekly sessions + unlimited email support during 4 weeks
Payment: Full payment upfront, non-refundable
Rescheduling: Up to 2 reschedules with 24 hours’ notice
The Quick Fix
Price: $208 USD
Includes: 1 session + 7 days email support
Payment: Full payment upfront, non-refundable
Rescheduling: One reschedule allowed with 24 hours’ notice
5. Money-Making Priorities (Group): Lifetime Access
Definition: “Lifetime access” refers only to access to the program in its current form for the duration of the program. It does not guarantee indefinite personal coaching, individual support, or uninterrupted availability.
Program Changes: The Coach may modify, pause, or discontinue the program, schedule, or delivery methods at any time, with notice where feasible.
Participation & Conduct: Clients must engage respectfully and constructively. The Coach may issue warnings or remove participants if they:
Are abusive, disruptive, or consistently disrespectful
Fail to meet basic participation expectations
Are otherwise deemed not a fit
Removal Process: Typically, one written warning is given; severe misconduct may result in immediate removal. Removal does not entitle the client to a refund or compensation.
6. Program Promise & Income Disclaimer
Promise: This program is designed to help service providers create consistent $3–10k months through structured support, accountability, and actionable marketing and sales strategies.
Income Disclaimer: No financial results are guaranteed. Success depends on client implementation, effort, market conditions, and other factors outside the Coach’s control. Case studies or testimonials are illustrative and may not reflect typical results.
7. Marketing & Testimonial Consent
By participating, clients consent that the Coach may use:
First names
Anonymized examples of participation
Screenshots, testimonials, or feedback for marketing, promotional, or training purposes. Other personally identifiable information will only be shared with explicit written consent.
8. Confidentiality
All coaching information shared is confidential.
The Coach maintains confidentiality except where disclosure is required by law or to prevent harm.
Group participants must keep all shared content confidential.
9. Intellectual Property & Technical Requirements
All program materials are the Coach’s intellectual property.
Clients may not share, distribute, or reproduce materials without written permission.
Clients are responsible for their own technology, software, and internet access to participate.
10. Cancellation, Termination & Force Majeure
Cancellation
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
Termination by the Coach
The Coach may terminate a client’s participation for:
Breach of conduct or participation expectations
Non-payment or violation of program terms
Clients removed or who voluntarily leave remain responsible for full payment.
Termination does not entitle the client to any refund, partial credit, or compensation.
Force Majeure
The Coach is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., illness, natural disasters).
11. Liability Limitations
No guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding results or outcomes. Examples, case studies, or testimonials are illustrative only.
Clients are solely responsible for implementing strategies.
The Coach’s total liability is limited to the amount paid.
Coaching does not replace professional, legal, medical, financial, or other advice.
The Coach is not liable for technical issues, platform outages, or group interactions.
12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation first.
If unresolved, disputes will go to mediation before any legal action.
Any unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, governed by Ontario law.
Booking Confirmation
By completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined in this Coaching Policy. Payment constitutes your full acceptance of these policies, and you agree to be bound by them in their entirety.
